Do I need to register for an account in order to make purchases?

Yes. An account is needed to facilitate your purchases. Your account will also allow you to view details of all your orders and manage your contact and delivery address.

You can reset your password by going to “Member” page and click “Lost your password?” under the Login section.

  • Log in to your account
  • Select the item(s) and color you wish to purchase
  • Click “Add to Cart”
  • After confirming your selection, click “Checkout”
  • Enter coupon code (if any)
  • Enter / check your delivery address
  • If you have any special request for us, please leave us a message
  • You may select Apply Pay / Google Pay / Visa or Master card

Orders cannot be changed once you have checked out your shopping cart. You may contact us at love@felicia-b.com if needed.

We get new items weekly and often restock out most popular items.

Simply visit the product page of your favorite items, and click the “Notify me when available” button at the bottom of the page. Once the item is restocked, you’ll be notified right away via email.

Alternatively, you may send us a feedback at love@felicia-b.com for any items that you want us to restock.

 

In the unfortunate event that you have received a wrong or defective item, you may refer to our Delivery and Returns policies and email us at love@felicia-b.com for assistance.
